Bar Snap is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

Bar Snap is a home bar and drink-station inventory and recipe discovery tool. We do not encourage excessive alcohol consumption, drinking games, or irresponsible behavior. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

• Scanning: Photo-based bottle and drink-ingredient detection is an assisted process and may not be 100% accurate. Always review and confirm detected items before saving.
• Nearby stores: We show stores and ingredient stops likely to carry ingredients. We do not guarantee specific inventory availability. Call ahead to confirm.
• Nearby bars: We show bars that may be able to make a drink. Drink availability is not guaranteed. Check the menu or call ahead.

Custom recipes and photos you submit may be reviewed by our team for quality and accuracy. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content. Alcoholic recipes are intended for users of legal drinking age.

You keep what you own. Submitting content does not transfer ownership of it. You grant Lucht Applications LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting Bar Snap. The licence lasts as long as you keep the content on Bar Snap and ends when you delete it, except for copies held in backups for a reasonable period and for content other users have already saved to their own lists.

You promise it is yours to give. By uploading a photograph or any other content, you confirm that you created it or otherwise hold the rights to it, and that posting it here infringes nobody else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights. Please do not upload photographs taken from a manufacturer's website, a stock library, a bar or restaurant's marketing material, or anywhere else you do not have permission to use.

Repeat infringers lose their accounts. We record every removal made under a valid copyright notice against the account that uploaded the material, and we terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe. Removing the content is not the end of it. Our Copyright & DMCA policy sets out how to report infringement, how to dispute a removal, and how this is applied.

Some results may include sponsored placements from verified local businesses. These are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" and are subject to admin approval before appearing.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy (App Store / Google Play / Stripe).

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
